More Blessed To Be Favored

Their possessions were too great for them to remain together; the land where they were staying could not support them both because of their livestock. So Esau (that is, Edom) settled in the hill country of Seir.
— Genesis 36:7-8

The Lord blessed both Jacob and Esau in many ways although there was a special favor with Jacob because of the plan God has for him for the Lord’s glory.

It’s described here that their possessions were too big that the resources in one place could not handle both of them. God may bless all of us, but we are more blessed when God uses us for His great plan.

Psalm 117:1-2
Praise the Lord, all you nations;
extol him, all you peoples.
For great is his love toward us,
and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever.
Praise the Lord
